    Description


    Venn Group is working with a renowned broadcasting corporation to recruit for a Presentation and Media Planner on a 3 months interim contract.

    The successful postholder will be responsible for co-ordinating, managing and timing the relevant components of the presentation schedule.


    Key responsibilities of the role:


    End-to-end responsibility for the presentations schedulesEnsure schedules are compliant in line with relevant local regulationsSupport the wider team in preparing schedules, sending draft schedules and running reportsEnsure the appropriate versions of programmes are schedules according to their published transmission timeManage schedule amendments, including last-minute changesResponsible for accurate entry of all promotions and versions into a central databaseEnsure schedules are optimised for commercial minutage and liaise with external commercial sales housesWork with the Media Planning team to accurately deliver media plans containing promotions, continuity and on-screen graphics, maximising effectiveness of campaignsLiaise with all internal and external data & media suppliers.

    Occasionally provide out-of-hours cover for all linear channelsIdeal candidate profile:Experience using a channel management or scheduling systemExperience or demonstratable knowledge of Video On Demand media and platformsExcellent communication and influencing skills, with ability to liaise with internal teams and external suppliersEffective time managementExcellent data management and attention to detailAgency reference number: J80387Location: LondonDuration: 3 months, with high likelihood of extensionRate: £300-£350 a day paid via an Umbrella companyWorking hours: 35 hours a weekWorking pattern: On site for first week, and then hybrid (2-3 days a week in the office)
