I am from India and have had a diverse journey that has led me to where I am today. I pursued my bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration, a field that captivated me with its blend of customer service and management. Throughout my academic years, I honed my skills and gained a deep understanding of the industry's intricacies.

My professional journey kicked off with the opportunity to work with several renowned hotel brands in India. This experience exposed me to various facets of the hospitality sector, from front-of-house operations to behind-the-scenes management. It was during this time that I realized my passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth functioning of hotel operations.

One of the highlights of my journey was an internship with Marriott, a globally acclaimed hospitality brand. This experience allowed me to immerse myself in the world of luxury hospitality, learning from experts in the field and gaining insights into the meticulous attention to detail that goes into creating memorable guest experiences.

Taking a turn in my career path, I ventured into the realm of finance startups, where I served as a Client Integration Specialist. In this role, I was entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for clients. My interpersonal and problem-solving skills were put to the test as I collaborated with clients to understand their unique requirements and tailor solutions to meet their financial needs.

Driven by a desire to expand my horizons and gain a deeper understanding of the global business landscape, I made the bold decision to pursue a Master's degree in International Business Management with a focus on Marketing in the United Kingdom. This step marked a significant milestone in my journey, as it enabled me to bridge my hospitality background with a broader understanding of business strategies and marketing dynamics on an international scale.

Currently, I am working as a Hotel Operations Trainee, where I am immersing myself in the world of hotel management once again. This role allows me to apply my academic knowledge to real-world scenarios, ensuring the seamless operation of various hotel departments. My proficiency in Opera, Point of Sales systems, and Tableau, coupled with my expertise in Microsoft Office, equips me to handle the complexities of modern hotel operations.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I am an individual with diverse interests and passions. I am an avid cricket enthusiast and enjoy playing the sport whenever I can. The strategic thinking and teamwork required in cricket mirror the skills I bring to my professional life. Additionally, I have a wanderlust that fuels my love for traveling. Exploring new cultures, cuisines, and landscapes not only rejuvenates me but also broadens my perspective, which I believe is invaluable in the business world.

Staying physically active is another essential aspect of my life. Engaging in fitness activities keeps me energized and focused, enabling me to perform at my best in both my personal and professional pursuits. One of my unique hobbies is my fascination with motorbikes. The thrill of the open road and the sense of freedom that comes with riding a motorcycle offer me a sense of escape from the demands of everyday life.

During my tenure as an intern at Sheraton Grand Pune, I had the invaluable opportunity to immerse myself in the dynamic hospitality industry. I was able to contribute to various aspects of hotel operations, gaining hands-on experience in guest services, event coordination, and front desk management. Working within a high-paced environment, I honed my multitasking skills, communication abilities, and problem-solving acumen. My role involved assisting guests, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This experience enriched my understanding of delivering exceptional customer service and reinforced my passion for the service industry.

Transitioning to my position as a Client Integration Specialist at Zavron Finance Pvt. Ltd., I ventured into the financial sector with an enthusiasm for marrying my customer-centric skills with the intricacies of finance. In this role, I had the privilege of working directly with clients, guiding them through the integration of our financial software into their systems. This demanded a keen attention to detail, effective project management, and clear communication. Collaborating closely with both technical teams and clients, I facilitated seamless onboarding processes, troubleshooted issues, and ensured client satisfaction. This experience not only deepened my technical proficiency but also underscored the significance of client relationships in achieving business success.

My journey took another turn when I assumed the role of a Hotel Operations Trainee at The Westin London City Hotel. This experience was a culmination of my passion for hospitality and my desire to continually challenge myself. I was exposed to the intricacies of running a world-class hotel, from managing guest reservations to overseeing housekeeping operations. My role also involved collaborating with cross-functional teams, refining my leadership skills, and learning how to maintain the highest standards of guest comfort and satisfaction. The fast-paced and culturally diverse environment of The Westin London City Hotel provided me with a rich learning ground and shaped me into a more adaptable and empathetic professional.

Across these diverse roles, I've cultivated a robust skill set that spans customer service, project management, technical integration, and operational efficiency. I've learned the art of effective communication, both with clients and cross-functional teams, and gained the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
