Description

We are looking for a pro-active AAssistant to join our small team in Old Wolverton to assist with reducing workload for the managing director.


THE JOB IS LOCAL OFFICE BASED ONLY.
- acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
- reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- managing databases and filing systems with basic book keeping.
- implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- collating and filing payroll with some HR experience.
- miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, social media marketing.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
Up to £12.50 per hour
