    Land Buyer / Senior Land Buyer

    Location:
    Office based in Warrington
    Hours: 37 Hours per week, Monday to Friday

    In this a fast-moving and all-encompassing role, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of land buying, including:
    Investigating opportunities through an extensive network of contacts
    Desktop research, data analysis and utilising Land Insight

    You'll have previous Land Buying experience within the property sector, but this does not need to be within residential, as many of our successful Land Buyers have joined us with a background in land acquisition from the commercial, retail and hospitality sectors.

    This is supported by a strong desire and support from the Executive Directors to secure good quality sites for our developments.

    We are looking for people who are confident and competent drivers, with a valid UK drivers' licence as you'll be spending a large proportion of your time out of the office.
