Description

Our client is currently looking to recruit R&D Tax Sales Consultant's to join their established award-winning company and play a key part in the continued growth of the business.

Salary:
Up to £25k (commission based)

They are particularly interested in hearing from people who have worked in roles such as, Account Manager, Telesales, B2B Sales, R&D Claims, Sales Advisor or Lead Generation.

R&D Tax Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

Making outbound B2B calls involving direct contact with company owners
Identification of qualifying R&D projects and expenditure through participation in technical discussions with clients (Relevant R&D knowledge will be taught)
Developing knowledge and skills in R&D tax relief and other related issues, keeping technical knowledge fully up to date and continuing to improve.
Playing a key role in accelerating the growth of the business by identifying and securing new business opportunities
Maintaining information within their bespoke CRM system
Part of a larger team reporting into R&D Tax Manager
Maintaining conversations with external stakeholders via all mediums

R&D Tax Sales Consultant Requirements:

Previous outbound or inbound sales experience
Outstanding interpersonal skills and confidence to interact with other technical professionals
Experience of working in a specialist R&D firm or other accountancy practice (Beneficial, but not essential)
Excellent communication and listening skills
A good telephone manner with strong rapport building skills
Strong attention to detail and firsttime accuracy is essential

You will receive full training and an induction programme with on-going training and support.
