Main Purpose of Role

Skills Requirements
- Proven experience of working in a fast paced Customer Care environment whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- An effective team player with a "cando" attitude
- Passionate about providing great customer care with a bubbly personality
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Selfmotivated, proactive and able to work on your own initiative
- Managing your own workload and time, whilst developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues and customers

- Develop and improve processes and ways of working
- Process new customer orders, whilst providing advice on our products and upselling
- Troubleshooting with customers
- Other administrative tasks
