- a luxury 15-bedroom, hotel, restaurant, and bar in the grounds of its sister venue Charlton Hall.

A word of caution

What you'll do:

As Night Manager, you'll ensure that our customers receive a seamless experience throughout the night which meets and exceeds expectations.

You'll be an integral part of the Team, ensuring a smooth transition from day to night and then into the following day,ensuring Colleagues are updated with appropriate information and reporting at handover.

You will represent the brand with passion and pride.

What you'll be responsible for:

Being responsive to having a 'can do attitude' in dealing with customer queries and requests
Assisting the front of house Teams as required until end of the each shift
Clean all areas, including bars, functions spaces, and public areas to the highest of standards in preparation for the following day
Ensuring the highest of standards of cleanliness, safety, compliance with licensing law, and cash handling procedures are

Your shift pattern will be assigned on a weekly basis and can include any of the following:

10-hour shift
12hour shift
8hour shift
Night shift

What you'll bring to the role:

Enjoy working in a customer focused environment maintaining high service standards and experience always
Experience of working shift patterns, in particular nights in a similar environment
Ability to resolve issues or problems that arise effectively through the night
Capability to deliver end of shift reporting and handover
Self motivation, to ensure all tasks and duties completed and confident in working alone
Effective and confident communication skills, with Colleagues, Customers, and external suppliers
Desire to develop your career as part of our Team, embracing vision and values
Solutions focused thinking, the ability to identify and resolve issues swiftly
Experience of ensuring standards, processes & regulations are adhered to at all times
