Focused Recruitment partnering with Nuaire who are an industry leading air quality and ventilation manufacturing specialist based in the Caerphilly area are recruiting a number of Production Operators/ Assembly Operators.

**Hours of work include: **06:00am - 14:00pm Monday - Friday with an early finish on Fridays.

**Rates of pay: **Initially starting at £9.50 an hour increasing to £10.66 after 12 week training period.
The company offer a great working environment, full time hours, permanent contacts and good industry training.


Duties will include:


  • General assembly/production duties using rivet guns, micrometres, air guns, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
  • Building components from raw material through to finished product within a manufacturing cell environment.
  • Completing relevant paperwork when necessary to meet quality standards.
  • Hand and eye coordination and able read drawings/instructions.
  • Assessing the quality of finished product.
  • Knowledge of health and safety in the workplace is essential.
  • Able to work to targets/production KPI's & production schedules.
  • Be able to work as part of a team.
  • Previous relevant manufacturing /production experience.
  • Knowledge of health and safety in the work place.
