    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drafting, reviewing, and advising on wills, trusts, and estate administration.
    • Providing comprehensive tax planning advice.
    • Managing lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection work.
    • Delivering tailored advice to highnetworth individuals.
    • Maintaining and developing client relationships to ensure a high level of client retention and referrals.

    Essential Skills & Experience:

    • Qualified Solicitor or equivalent with 2+ years PQE in private client law.
    • Demonstrable experience in handling a comprehensive range of private client matters.
    • Strong technical knowledge in tax, trusts, and estates.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic approach to client care.
    • Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
