Overview:

The WE Insights team lead will be critical in leading the business to integrated insights by breaking down the siloes between consumer insights and analytics, between snacks and beverages and between UK and Nordicsas main markets for both these categories.

This person will lead a team of 16 to actively identify and drive integrated insights, building bridges between capabilities, categories and markets, requiring extensive experience in people management, consumer insights and analytics as well as bringing this all together through strong story telling.


Responsibilities:


TO:

  • Drive the team to deliver the UK BU, NE BU and sector beverage ongoing business as usual reporting
  • Lead the team to deliver business as usual analytics (reporting and business intelligence focus across Bus, including consumer and strategic insights for UK)
  • Design and execute governance model, identify opportunities / address issues. concerns.
  • Work closely with UK BU, Beverage and NE insights leadership team to improve quality of partnership and identify and unlock further efficiencies
  • Deliver the next horizon for the GBS engagement agenda. Step up the insights agenda and deliverables by leading the UK BU (consumer insights, business analytics, strategic insights), NE BU and the sector beverage teams to drive best in class partnership and deliver integrated insights
  • Partners with UK BU, Beverage and NE insights leadership team to identify key business needs beyond just analytics
  • Drive cross pollination, leveraging best practices from adjancent markets as well as building cross market and cross category insights
  • Work closely with the global consumer insights centre of excellence to develop cluster capabilities, deploying new capabilities or best classes to UK, NE and beverage clusters
  • Setup strong team collaboration between capabilities and develop team's story telling capabilities, lifting up insights from data points or observations to game changing, actionable insights catalysing growth
  • Drive full integration between the analytical teams and the consumer insights team, through strong collaboration and best in class story telling
  • Lead the design and alignment of GBS Insights agenda for West Europe
  • Leverage to build a clear vision and roadmap for the future WE engagement, establishing clear roles for different Insights components
  • Identify potential activities to add to West Europe GBS scope, align scope, priorities and benefits.
  • Manage team resourcing by growing talent within team and by building resourcing pipeline
  • Close collaboration with UK, NE, Beverage insights leadership team to build overall roadmap for WE consumer Insights and Analytics agenda with clear Horizon 1/2/3 deliverables and grow team accordingly

Qualifications:

TO:

  • 15+ years of insights experience across analytics, strategic insights and consumer insights
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with senior level management
  • Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills. Comfortable managing tradeoffs and resolving conflict. Experience managing a culturally diverse senior stakeholder group.
  • Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders, managing demand across different Bus through strong influencing skills
  • Vast cross capability experience across strategic insight, business analytics and consumer insights
  • Ability to connect dots across different sources of data combined with excellent story telling skills
  • Strong project management skills; track record of overseeing a portfolio of transformation projects, gained in PepsiCo, a similar scale corporate or as an external consultant.
  • Excellent people management skills, ability to coach teams and grow talent
  • Experience at managing multicountry / functional projects. Able to work within a matrix PMO programme
  • Selfmotivated/selfstarter with the ability to work independently.
  • Change management experience including comms, HR and legal processes, IT set up and transition.
  • Flexibility in adjusting & reprioritizing to meet changing needs in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Solid presentational skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of time to meet business partners
  • Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad.
