- Issue bills promptly.

- Liaise with clients regarding completed VAT returns, submitting them to HMRC.
- Prepare selfassessment tax returns, business and partnership tax returns, incorporating detailed capital gains computations and income schedules from property.
- Utilize computerized tax software to process returns and complex calculations.
- Prepare and submit the Confirmation Statement.
- Handle various Companies House forms.
- Oversee company secretarial tasks and maintain statutory books.
- Mentor, supervise, and coach junior staff, contributing to their growth and engaging in nonclient work.
- Delegate tasks efficiently and review junior staff's work to ensure compliance with professional standards.
- Perform essential administration tasks effectively.
