Due to growth, we are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join our outstanding Quality Management team.

This role will be a field based role, with various travel across the UK (Mainly Midlands) to support on-site within our Automotive Clients.

The team leader will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Leading and coaching a team of up to 10 Quality Inspectors across designated sites.
Supporting the Operations Manager with achievements and expectations
Being the liaison between the customer and management.
Ensuring the team are following the correct processes, completing tasks to customer standards.
Ensuring accuracy and efficiency at all times.
Access to own vehicle and clean driving licence.
Must be flexible with working mornings, days and nights (if and when required basis).
Computer literate, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to resolve issues promptly, within a professional manner.
Organised, resilient, with the ability to think outside the box.

Benefits:

- £ £13.50per hour, depending on experience (mileage paid).
