Our client is a well-respected Property Services Contractor that have been operating for approximately 50 years. They specialise in property alterations and modifications, damage restoration and maintenance projects. They work with Social and Private Housing clients, Property Management Companies, Care Homes, Schools, Councils and Commercial Buildings.
Responsible for coordinating operations, managing direct labour and sub-contractors, whilst advocating safety standards, practices and protocols ensuring they are adhered to at all times.
Ensure all contract work is compliant, in line with client requirements and internal targets to ensure excellent service delivery is achieved to specification, and within cost budgets.
reviewing work programs, material requirements and all overall operational aspects of the contract dailyCentral point of contact for Senior Managers along with administration personnel for all work/queries relating to service delivery
Daily communication with the operational Planners to enable effective work planning, ensuring flow of work instructions are allocated to appropriate sub-contractors or direct labour
Liaising with and managing sub-contractor relations, and performance ensuring quality and performance standards are being met in line with service delivery
Carry out thorough Pre & Post Inspection Surveys to agree measurements and application of SOR's; Providing support, guidance and training to direct labour & sub-contractor staff, including training of new staff
To perform the job in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, especially the Equal Opportunities and Dignity at Work Policy
Experience in Construction Industry
High level of experience and sound knowledge in the delivery of minor building and maintenance joinery services
Strong planning and organisational skills
