Description
We are seeking a skilled Surveyor to join a Property Services team for a Local Authority.As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance for public propertites within the LA's boundary.
Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of various construction and maintenance projects.Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Surveyor or similar role
- Proficient in using surveying tools and equipment
- Strong analytical skills to interpret survey data accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain precision in measurements
- Solid knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and regulations
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other computeraided design (CAD) software is a plus
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with project stakeholders
Pay:
£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
