Screening Team Lead (Financial Crime) - Edinburgh

Lorien's central Edinburgh client, a rapidly growing and well-known name offering cutting edge solutions to FS clientele, is looking to recruit the talents of a Team Lead from a Screening and Financial Crime background to join their organisation and lead from the front.

Day-to-day managing, coaching and shaping of the wider, growing Screening team (Sanctions, Regulatory Warnings, Politically Exposed Persons, etc.)
Reviewing internal policies and procedures and ensuring they align to current regulations, standards and trends
Managing stakeholders and working with touch points across Financial Crime and the rest of the business

Previous background tackling and managing Screening workloads, and across managing and Quality Assurance
Ability and demonstrable record of managing stakeholders and working across/alongside other financial departments or teams
