- You must be between the ages of 1618 years old by the 8th of July 2024 to apply
- To get the most out of this experience, you will need to join us onsite for all five days
- Please note that this work experience opportunity is unpaid

What opportunities are available?
We have a number of work experience positions available in the following areas (please note; there may be more than one position available in each area):
Manufacturing

Member of the Board Office
- The team provide support to the Member of the Board for Manufacturing including organisation & preparation of all information, project management and conducting VIP tours.

Production Assembly
- This department undertakes a series of assembly processes, fluid filling, electrical configuration and testing operations which produces a drivable car.
Production Planning (Wood/Trim)
- Once a vehicle project is fully mature (i.e. ready to be built in series production), Production Planning are responsible for defining and optimizing the processes that are used to build the cars on time, to budget, and to the agreed standard of quality.
In-House Logistics:
- The In-House Logistics team works towards making part delivery to line as efficient and cost effective as possible to best support Production. They also manage our Service Providers and monitor their operational performance to ensure requirements are met, in line with our targets.
Research & Development/Engineering

Member of the Board Office
- The team conduct administrative/office tasks to support the Member of the Board for Research & Development/Engineering.
Body & Trim
- This department designs and delivers bumper systems and front end modules for Bentley vehicle models.
Workshops:
- The R&D workshops provide whole vehicle services across six value streams, these include Additive Manufacturing, Simulator/Prototype build and updates plus physical mockups.
