In late 2023, the group received a large investment of which is being used to shape the business moving forward with large 5/10 year target plans in placeReporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this position is critical to support the rapid expansion of our global sales teams and you will also have day to day management responsibilities initially for 2 x Contracts Manager (UK/Europe & US).
You should have strong recruitment industry compliance expertise and be up to date with all relevant tax and employment legislation (and the practical application of) such as 'Off Payroll (IR35)Working Regulations' in the UK and 'Worker Classification' in the US etc. Client-side Terms of Business (ours or customers):
