The opportunity:
Lunalogic UK is looking for a
Senior Calypso Support Analyst to join one of our client IT BO FX team to:


  • Provide functional and technical expertise on Calypso
  • Work on
    improving the toolsused by the teams to ease monitoring, incident detections, etc
-
Support business users (trader, risk manager, market risk monitoring operator, back-office and middle-office analyst, market data administrator).

Analyze and manage incidents/problems/requests, working closely with project, infrastructure and production teams.
-
Support daily, weekly and monthly regulatory reporting for all sites.
-
Provide requirements to build team for bug fixing and continuous improvements.

Find and eliminateroot cause of recurrent incidents.

Asset Classes : FX / Bond / Issuance / Money Market / Derivatives

Technical skills : Control M (not essential), SQL, Unix, ITRS Geneos monitoring
