Main duties of the job

You will work as part of an integrated 0-25 team and will be required to support the full delivery of the Healthy Child Programme. You will also be responsible for supporting the universal partnership and partnership plus families.
We work closely with our commissioners and partners to deliver the best possible services for the children, young people and families.

We have an established preceptorship programme in place and you will be well supported by your manager and colleagues and valued in your role.
