    Working as a key member of the ParkMaven team, you'll take ownership of various day to day administrative tasks and work closely with other members of the team. You will need to have strong communication skills, be able to prioritise multiple daily tasks and work closely with the team.

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING?

    This is an office-based, part time position with the scope to grow in the future.

    Initially, the hours will be Monday - Friday working 11am - 2pm (15 hours per week), though there can be some flexibility around this.

    Role duties:
    Receive incoming mail and parcels, ensuring accuracy and completeness of deliveries.
    Open and organise mail, categorising it according to departmental needs.
    Direct mail to the relevant individuals or teams, including but not limited to finance, customer service, and other departments as necessary.
    Conduct sorting, scanning, and shredding of mail in accordance with company policies and procedures.
    Upload scanned documents to designated platforms, such as WeTransfer, for digital storage and accessibility.
    Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to the overall efficiency of the office.
    Adhere to company security and confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive mail or information.
    Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organisation of the post room area.
    Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

    WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

    Some previous experience in administration, data entry, concierge, front-of-house, post room / mail room / print room coordinator roles.
    Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanour.
    Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
    Familiarity with organisational and documentation tech e.g. WeTransfer, , Google Calendars etc.
    A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
    Knowledge of the parking industry or a similar domain is a plus.
