Description

Are you an experienced and motivated administrator looking for a new and exciting challenge? Our reputable client based in Derby are looking to hire an Administrator to join their growing business.

You will be providing administration assistance, data entry& communications to internal & external parties.


To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Drive to learn new skills and technologies
  • Highly organised
  • Detail orientated

Within this position, you'll also be:

  • Entering data into a large database
  • Maintaining and updating IT project logs
  • Maintaining project plans
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Keeping customer service guides up to date
  • Maintaining registers for change control & contracts
  • Assisting in the creation of project status reports
  • Creating presentations for projects
**Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £22,000 per annum

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8 hour shifts

On-site free parking
