In this role, you will be the first point of contact with our potential renters and the first part of our sales process.

Rotas are set in advance - Monday toFriday9am-6pm or 10am-7pm. This role also requires a bi-weekly Saturday with a day in lieu in return.

Office location:
London Southwark, this is a full time office-based role (close to Southwark, Waterloo andBlackfriarsstations)

Salary:
£23K Base + Uncapped Commission OTE £30K (with a strong performance, you will have the opportunity to advance to a £25K base salary within the first 6 months)

Work as part of a high performance sales team, all focused on the same mission to fix renting for good
Put your sales skills first by identifying the needs of each renter, adopting a sales mentality to cross-sell properties effectively using our matching tool
Attend training on new site launches
Communicate and draw attention to any promotions or offers
Responsible for data integrity, using our customised systems for logging, tracking and maintaining renter records
You enjoy the world of sales and is always shooting for that next goal
