The Company

Assured Safety Recruitment is proud to be working with an established and respected brand with a strong reputation for employee investment and career development to recruit a Safety, Health and Environment Advisor.

The Safety, Health and Environment Advisor reports to the Safety, Health and Environment Manager to providing SHE support across all areas of a significant manufacturing facility.

About the role
As Safety, Health and Environment Advisor you will;

Drive the implementation of safety, health and environment strategy and initiatives across the site monitoring against SHE plans and objectives.
Support investigations to facilitate closure of identified nonconformances and assist departmental managers in root cause analysis and corrective / preventative action development.
Assist new projects and change management activities.
Support training and coaching across the facility to drive a safetyperfect culture.
Deliver SHE Induction training to all new starters and deliver SHE related training.

Your experience

You will hold a Nebosh Certificate or IOSH Managing Safely and have experience within a manufacturing, transport, or similar industrial experience.

You will be comfortable delivering training and have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

£32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
