We are currently seeking a highly organized and diligent Bookings Coordinator to manage our scheduling and booking processes efficiently.

This role is ideal for those who excel under pressure and are looking to take their organisational skills to the next level.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of booking and scheduling for surveys.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring all bookings are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain and update scheduling databases and tracking systems with high accuracy.
  • Manage multiple calendars to ensure that there are no scheduling conflicts.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all parties are informed of booking statuses and changes.
  • Prepare and distribute booking confirmations, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Handle lastminute schedule changes and provide solutions swiftly.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a coordination role, preferably within a fastpaced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and with no problems handling phone calls.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with booking software.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic who will stay behind to get the job done.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in the survey industry or similar is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and scheduling tools.

Pay:
£17,261.00-£23,500.00 per year
