Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of booking and scheduling for surveys.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring all bookings are handled promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and update scheduling databases and tracking systems with high accuracy.
- Manage multiple calendars to ensure that there are no scheduling conflicts.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all parties are informed of booking statuses and changes.
- Prepare and distribute booking confirmations, invoices, and related documentation.
- Handle lastminute schedule changes and provide solutions swiftly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a coordination role, preferably within a fastpaced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and with no problems handling phone calls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with booking software.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic who will stay behind to get the job done.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the survey industry or similar is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and scheduling tools.
Pay:
£17,261.00-£23,500.00 per year
