Homemove is a rapidly growing proptech company that has been helping customers navigate the challenging process of moving home. Our primary focus is to ensure the satisfaction of our clients while maintaining a professional and friendly environment.

We are now expanding our team and looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketer (Client Closing Specialist) to join us on our journey.


As a Sales Manager, your primary goal is to build quick rapport with potential clients and confidently close deals over the phone.

If you are a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting with people, this role is perfect for you.


The founders of homemove value team players who can balance their individual sales goals while contributing to the overall success and culture of the team.


Responsibilities:


  • Contact potential clients via outbound calls and present our services
  • Build quick rapport with potential clients and identify their needs
  • Confidently close deals by effectively communicating the value of our services
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
  • Continuously improve your sales pitch and approach through training and feedback.
  • Be open to feedback and adapting.
  • Collaborate with the team to share best practices and continuously improve our processes

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with potential clients
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Resultsdriven mindset and a passion for achieving targets
  • Adept at multitasking and handling a high volume of calls
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)

Salary:
£23,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
