The Division is undergoing significant growth and concept development as opportunities broaden within the wider international ISS community and market position continues to be strengthened.

ISS Healthcare wish to appoint a CAFM & Asset Management Lead for the Healthcare Division, focused on the Hard FM portfolio. You will be responsible for the management of all processes (existing and developing new) to ensure best practice and industry standards are reflected in the way the Healthcare division manages assets and compliance, with a key focus on utilising the Concept CAFM system as the 'one system' for all asset management requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Act as main point of contact for all Healthcare HFM contracts for queries relating to Concept, asset data and asset management processes

:

Lead performance reviews with KAMs and HFM Managers, taking on board any issues or queries raised and offering solutions for contract teams to own. Use learnings to shape discussion and process for continual improvement

Produce and share KPI reports monthly showing compliance with agreed processes as well as statutory and contractual compliance figures

Produce agreed processes for jeopardy management which are to be used by all HFM contracts in the Healthcare Division

Share reports with Healthcare SLT as and when required

Work closely with the Helpdesks to ensure that they understand what is expected of them in terms of process and asset management
