Salary:
£20,812 - £21,968 FTE (£18,061 - £19,065 pro rata)
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Learning Assistant to join us here at City of Peterborough Academy on a full time, permanent basis.
About the role:
The ideal Learning Assistant will reinforce the excellent work of the teaching staff by supporting individuals or small groups both within and outside the classroom environment.
You will be a professional role model to the students, with the confidence to challenge and the creativity to motivate.
To be successful you must:
- possess excellent communication skills
- have experience of working with young people or children
- be flexible, creative and enthusiastic about their position
You will be joining a passionate group of colleagues who strive to achieve the best outcomes

The City of Peterborough Academy was opened in September 2013 by Greenwood Academies Trust (GAT) after a £13.8m capital build.
