Salary:
£17,000 - £19,000 per annum

Permanent

Hours:
Part time, Flexible working hours (25 hours)


COMPANY PROFILE
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for our client who specialise in the construction industry.

They are going through a stage of growth, so they are looking for a proactive and organised individual to join their team and to carry out administrationduties.


SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Previous work experience as an Administrator
  • Experience working with Xero
  • Knowledge of MS Excel
  • Timemanagement and organization skills
  • Good numerical skills
  • Able to work on your own initiative.
  • Knowledge of Workflow is beneficial

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Carry out administrative and procurement duties
  • Request competitive quotes from suppliers and find the most cost effective price
  • Raise job numbers and purchase orders on the Xero system
  • Ensure all information is accurately documented
  • Perform daily reconciliations.
  • Complete profit and loss statements
