Milk Education is working with a School within the Oldham area who are seeking an HLTA who is confident working within all primary year groups, on a short to long-term role is covering PPA from year - 6 with intervention groups.

This role wouldalso be perfect for an NQT / ECT who is looking to gain classroom experience.


Required Skills:


  • HLTA Qualification or Similar
  • Classroom Experience and Knowledge
  • Have strong behavior management skills
  • Have a genuine passion for teaching and learning
  • Be committed to raising the attainment, aspiration, and selfesteem of pupils
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be an inspirational teacher, who demonstrates outstanding classroom practice and keeps children at the heart of learning and teaching
