Responsibilities
As a General Foreman, you'll be working within the Sellafield team, supporting them in the safe delivery of the section of the project in accordance with the project scope.
Your day to day will include:
- You'll work alongside the Construction Manager to manage risks and ensure the works are efficiently delivered.
- You'll also ensure the SHE register is maintained and is focused on the SHE plan.
- You'll manage CSCS card records, record sheets and the Quality Assurance file, whilst monitoring team members performance and providing effective feedback.
Who are we looking for?
This role of General Foreman is great for you if:
- You've have a proven track record of successfully delivering the works element of a project
- You have a valid CSCS card and SSSTS certificate.
- You'll have a solid understanding of Health and Safety regulations and effective communication skills.
- You will also possess good MS Office skills and good commercial awareness
