Recruitment Delivery Support - Role Overview
We're looking for enthusiastic and organised people to provide administrative support in a recruitment environment.
This will be an exciting opportunity for those looking to join a busy team and expand their knowledge of government recruitment and the HR function.
Recruitment Delivery Support - Key responsibilities
The role will include:
- Communicating with internal customers to provide them with onboarding information for their new joiners, making sure that they have everything that they need for day one onboarding.
- Taking ownership of internal temporary recruitment campaigns and leading the process from advert through to onboarding.
- Ordering IT equipment for new joiners and checking on delivery status to ensure everything's in place for day one.
- Inputting scores and feedback onto a bespoke website at different stages of the recruitment process.
- Downloading and sending out information packs for panel members.
- Working closely with internal and external colleagues to update our pay systems.
Person specification:
Essential Criteria
- Good communication skills.
- Good organisational and planning skills.
- IT literate with experience using MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of recruitment or experience of working in HR.
- Experience of inputting data with high levels of accuracy.
- Customer focused with good customer service skills.
