Recruitment Delivery Support - Role Overview
We're looking for enthusiastic and organised people to provide administrative support in a recruitment environment.

This will be an exciting opportunity for those looking to join a busy team and expand their knowledge of government recruitment and the HR function.


Recruitment Delivery Support - Key responsibilities

The role will include:


  • Communicating with internal customers to provide them with onboarding information for their new joiners, making sure that they have everything that they need for day one onboarding.
  • Taking ownership of internal temporary recruitment campaigns and leading the process from advert through to onboarding.
  • Ordering IT equipment for new joiners and checking on delivery status to ensure everything's in place for day one.
  • Inputting scores and feedback onto a bespoke website at different stages of the recruitment process.
  • Downloading and sending out information packs for panel members.
  • Working closely with internal and external colleagues to update our pay systems.

Person specification:


Essential Criteria

  • Good communication skills.
  • Good organisational and planning skills.
  • IT literate with experience using MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of recruitment or experience of working in HR.
  • Experience of inputting data with high levels of accuracy.
  • Customer focused with good customer service skills.
