Description
We are looking for a number of Picking. packing and reprocessing operatives for a client based in Oldham.

This is a Monday to Friday opportunity with times from 8am to 4pm. Pay is £10.42.


We are looking for people with experience in this type of work as attention to detail and complete understanding of the tasks at hand is vital.

Local bus routes are very close as is a free car park on site.


Duties:


  • Pick and pack items in to bundle bags, seal and box in specific numbers.
  • Ensure that items are properly sealed and labelled as required
  • Open boxes, seal boxes, stack pallets and wrap pallets of boxed products
  • Add additional tags, labels, stickers on to products as shown with clear instructions.
  • Inspect products for any defects or damages
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in packing items
  • Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members

Salary:
From £10.42 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Greater Manchester:
reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:


  • Warehouse experience: 3 years (required)
  • Picking and Packing: 3 years (required)
