Description
SWIFT Temps Ltd Commercial Recruitment Division are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator on a permanent basis to work for our client based in the area of Park Royal, London, NW10.
Duties would include, but not limited to:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Answering calls/directing visitors around the building
- Booking inn suppliers & POC for reception
- Arranging post & deliveries,
- Processing invoices & credits for customers,
- Support neighbouring departments for admin tasks when required.
Preferable requirements:
- Fully computer literate
- Excel, & Database experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have strong multitasking abilities
Working hours are 9:00am to 17:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Pay rate £12.53 per hour
This is temporary to permanent position
