Enhanced Teaching Assistant - Durham, United Kingdom - AK Teaching
Description
Duties:
- Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing daily activities that promote the intellectual and social growth of children
- Help develop and implement ageappropriate curriculum
- Assist with lesson planning and preparation
- Provide individual and small group instruction to children as directed by the lead teacher
- Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with young children
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a SEND setting preferred
- Must pass an enhanced DBS check

£100.00-£130.00 per day
