Customer Service Apprentice
Reports to:
Patient Services Manager
Key responsibilities

Patient Reception: Welcome patients and visitors to the clinic in a warm and friendly manner. Maintain a professional and caring demeanor, ensuring patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit.

Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage patient appointments using our electronic booking system.

Patient Information: Accurately collect and verify patient information and input it into our electronic database, managing data according to internal regulations GDPR, always ensuring confidentiality.

Process Payments: Take patients' payments and update patients' records accordingly.

Administration support:general administration support (filing/photocopying/franking mail/ SARS requests/ preparing patient notes/stationary orders/supply ordering)

Team Collaboration: Work closely with all departments to ensure a smooth patient journey, collaborating effectively with staff to ensure a seamless patient journey.
Knowledge & Skills

- Good verbal and non verbal communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Computer literacy with knowledge of Word/Excel
