Content Creator

We want to grow our team with an exceptional content creator who will create engaging and persuasive written and visual content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.

A confident writer and communicator, you will be responsible for developing compelling content for a range of brands, platforms and channels for a leading fertility clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Optimisation:
Incorporate relevant keywords and SEO best practices into content to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic. Stay updated on SEO trends and industry changes to ensure written content is optimised for maximum visibility.

Market and Audience Research:

Conduct thorough research on target markets, audience demographics, and industry trends to create content that resonates with our target audience.

Use data insights to craft compelling messages that capture attention and drive conversions.

Proofreading and Editing:
Review and edit content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, style, and tone. Ensure accuracy and adherence to our brand guidelines.

Brand Voice Development:
Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all communication channels. Ensure all copy reflects our brand values, messaging, and style guidelines.

Content Strategy & Management:
Contribute to the development of content strategies and campaigns and manage content in a content calendar. Generate fresh ideas and innovative approaches to engage the target audience and enhance brand awareness.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor content performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics such as website traffic, engagement rates, and conversions.

Analyse data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with internal departments to gather information and insights necessary for content creation—Liaise with external suppliers, including web developers, SEO specialists, and PR agencies.

Proven work experience as a Content Creator/Copywriter in a similar role years)
Educated to degree level (ideally English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field)
Exceptional writing and editing skills with impeccable attention to detail
Ability to write persuasive and engaging copy while maintaining brand voice and tone
Proven SEO skills and experience in content management systems (CMS)
Ability to create engaging visual content using relevant tools / apps
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS and analytics tools)
Knowledge of graphic design and other multimedia skills is a plus
Exceptional time management and organisational skills to ensure deadlines are met
Strong collaboration and communication skills and ability to work with different teams
Portfolio of previous work demonstrating versatility and creativity
Good all round digital marketing skills and knowledge of wider content creation

Job Details:

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary:
Up to 32k depending on experience

Contract Type:
Full time, office based, permanent

Location:
Cheadle SK8 3SB

Salary:
£28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
