HGV Driver / LGV Cat C+E (Class 1) Driver

We are now recruiting for our Plympton based client who are one of the largest food retailers in the UK. This client urgently require HGV Class 1 (Cat C+E) drivers for immediate starts.You can choose from full time and part time assignments available with possible permanent opportunities following a successful qualifying period.
  • The full time work has various shift patterns that can be discussed and part time shifts can be tailored around your availability. The role involves delivering chilled, frozen & ambient foods in cages to our client's own stores. Low number of drops, no handball. All cages are pre-loaded onto vehicles and routes are professionally planned by an experienced transport team.

Pay rates: 1-12 Weeks

  • Monday to Friday Days £16.04 per hour
  • Saturday/Sunday Days £18.54 per hour

Rates 13+ Weeks

  • Monday to Friday Days £17.37 per hour
  • Saturday/Sunday Days £20.00 per hour

Shift Schedule:


  • Start times from
  • Monday to Sunday
  • 56 shifts per week
