Our Team:


The Customer Marketing Team is a diverse group of teams that create and implement award winning campaigns for the acquisition and retention of subscribers across all UK magazine brands.

Encompassing a mix of age and abilities we are target driven in a busy working environment.

Within the Customer Marketing Team the Customer Experience Team is responsible for managing the communications and customer experience for the 500,000 subscribers and members across the magazine brands.


The focus of your role:


The Customer Experience Executive will work across all subscription and membership titles both print and digital specifically focussing on managing the subscription experience of and retaining our 500k+ magazine subscribers and members.

Key responsibilities will include working with our external partners to ensure that the quality of the customer experience for all subscribers and members meets agreed service levels and that the delivery of key retention communications and activities are achieved within agreed timescales.


Role Responsibility:


  • Overseeing all aspects relating to customer care and experience, including complaints management to ensure key supplier delivery of strategic customer service performance indicators
  • Analysing and making recommendations on a variety of key performance report.

Desired Skills include:

  • Knowledge of excel
  • Some previous experience of working in a customer contact centre.
  • A talent for balancing the needs of our customers with a keen eye for detail and innovative process management.
  • An understanding of online customer services management and digital marketing would be helpful
