YOUR ROLETo deliver a first class service to the operational site, ensuring all aspects of the estimation process are carried out and that the latest repair methods are used.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?- Ensure all estimations are carried out in line with industry guidelines

  • Estimates are documented using approved estimation apparatus
  • Prioritising workloads to ensure effective and effective progress of estimate to admin and technicians
  • Carry out estimates offsite and when requested by customers
  • Communicate latest repair methods with Technical team
  • Warranty repairs are carried out in line with customer guidelines
  • Continuous development and certification of estimating systems
  • Compliance with all group operating procedures and standards
  • Ensure work areas remain tidy with a strong focus on safe operating practices
  • Review and improve processes to develop workshop efficiencies
  • Adhoc duties as and when required from time to time by your line manager
WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO OFFER?- Minimum 2 years related experience

  • Up to date knowledge of latest estimating systems
  • Audatex, GMX, Service Box
