    We are currently seeking Customer Operations Administrators to join our Student Support team in a full-time, permanent capacity. These roles are located in our Glasgow office within the Customer Operations department.

    The standard work schedule is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an occasional Saturday shift every four weeks.


    Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to ACCA's customers, handling registration and exemption applications with a focus on quality and compliance
    • Manage data processing tasks and communicate with customers via various channels
    • Adhere to assigned schedules, maintaining a positive customer service interaction
    • Ensure accurate maintenance of customer records
    • Contribute to team's continuous improvement efforts

    Requirements:

    • Minimum HNC level education or relevant extensive experience
    • Excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills
    • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
    • Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft tools
