Financial Business Partner, Huntingdon (hybrid)

A growing business based near to Huntingdon are recruiting a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark on thriving company and you will be given massive scope and remit to do things your way.

You willreport to the Head of Finance and responsibilities will include:

Analysis and reporting of revenue and costs to support sustainable profitable growth.
Analysis of product costs, recognising where price increases may be required.
Support the sales team with pricing decisions on significant accounts.
Costings and pricing of product innovations and promotional activity, using financial modelling.
Provide post implementation analysis of new product development to guide future decision making.
Planning and management of divisional and category price lists for sales teams. S
Provide commercial finance support for various IT projects as part of a digital transformation for the business (Power BI, automation and new ordering process).
Support on development of the annual sales budget, by division, channel, category and product.
Developing Sales team targets and tracking against performance.

Requirements:

Qualified or partqualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) or QBE.
Experience within a fastmoving commercial environment.
Proven communication and influencing skills, able to confidently communicate and engage with a variety of stakeholders.
Strong analysis and reporting skills.
Intermediate Excel skills minimum.
Good understanding of finance systems and ERP.
