Insight into the role:

As a Fire Risk Assessor, your primary responsibility will be to safeguard the welfare of residents and visitors in our premises by conducting fire risk assessments. You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the fulfillment of customers' requirements and the attainment of organizational objectives.

Key expectations for this role include:

• Conducting Fire Risk Assessments (FRA's) for designated properties and delivering timely reports while efficiently managing workloads.
• Cultivating and nurturing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to assess clients' needs and support our customers.
• Timely submission of FRA reports to the Peabody management system, facilitating the creation of action plans by the Fire Safety Team (FST) and enabling the efficient issuance of work by the Delivery Teams.
• Utilizing fire risk assessment software when applicable and advocating for its broad implementation across FRA's.
• Addressing inquiries from both internal and external customers, ensuring prompt and customer-centric responses.
