Customer Research Interviewers

As part of our commitment to consistently improve what we do we undertake customer research amongst those who can benefit from our services.

In the next few weeks we will be undertaking a large scale study seeking the opinions of hundreds of older people (over 65s).

We are seeking several individuals to carry out telephone interviews (there is absolutely no selling involved). Training will be provided. The work will last 2-3 weeks and will involve around 3-4 hours a day.

There is some flexibility over the times and days of the week, and 5 day a week working is not essential.

This work will be undertaken in our Warrington office, which is close to Central Station, starting in mid/late February. The role will pay £9.50/hour.


The skills required are:

  • The ability to come across as clear and friendly over the phone
  • A calm and reassuring manner
  • Good listening skills
  • IT literate and accurate when inputting data (customer responses).

Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 2-3 weeks

Part-time hours: 15-20 per week


Salary:
£9.50 per hour
