Position:
Complaint Specialist


Location:
Walton-on-Thames


You will be responsible for taking ownership of our complex complaints from customers who have reached out to the highest level for a response.


You will actively investigate the issue, review all elements of the case and resolve.
We are looking for the right person who has experience dealing with complex complaints. You will have experience spending time to resolve cases with the aim goal of customer satisfaction.

  • This role will be hybrid once completion of 3month probation
  • Working 2days from home_

Pay:
Up to £30,000.00 per year
