About you

Your Responsibilities

Broad Third-line support for a range of Microsoft services such as Windows 10, Office 365, and Teams

Working within collaborative project teams to support the delivery of a range of IT and business projects in atechnical capacity.

Ensuring key ITSM processes and ITIL best practise is followed when working on incidents, major incidents, problems, changes, and service requests

Technical skills required

Extensive technical knowledge of (SCCM) Microsoft Systems Centre Configuration Manager

Third Line support knowledge of Group Policy, Active Directory and Endpoint Manager

Salary:
£40,000

Location - 3 days onsite (Liverpool Royal Albert Dock) 2 days' work from home
