    Salesforce ManagernOutside IR35nInitial 3-month contractnHybrid – 3 days per week onsitenTower Hill, LondonnASAP start


    About the RolenMy client is looking for a proactive individual that can help continuously improve and enhance their Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the roadmap.

    Key ResponsibilitiesnAll aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rulesnSalesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboard and reportsnSandbox environment managementnIdentify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experiencenIdentify unused or underutilised platform featuresnCreate a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders

    Skills and Experience RequirednStrong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 2+ years' of Salesforce Administration or equivalent hands-on experience with Sales CloudnTrailhead Badges/Super BadgesnCertified Salesforce Administrator ++nA proactive attitude to platform enhancementsnDesigning scalable, best practice solutionsnExcellent relationship-building and communication skillsnAbility to liaise with stakeholders at all levels (internal and external)nTranslating requirements into technical solutionsnExperience in change management and governance
