Job Summary
The role of Nursing Associate in the community is crucial. Working closely with the integrated team, you will provide essential care and education to patients on the community caseload. You will have your own list of patients under the care of district nurses, providing services such as catheter care, wound care, and medication administration. Comprehensive local induction, competency documents, and support from practice education and specialist nurse teams will be provided.
