Description
We are currently recruiting for a Contract Support Administrator to join the team in our Leeds Depot.The purpose of the role is to provide information, support and resolve any emerging problems that our customers may face.
A Contract support Administrator should understand the value of good communication skills, they should be able to put themselves in their customers shoes and advocate for them when necessary.
Customer feedback is extremely important to OCU Group, and we pride ourselves on delivery the best service to our customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers throughout their job.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
- Meet personal and customer service team targets.
A Contract support administrators main target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer enquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Skills and Experience:
- Customer Service experience required.
- A good standard of IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- High level of Administration skills.
