We are looking for a Sales Consultant with a keen eye for design and a genuine enthusiasm for sales, ready to contribute to our mission of redefining bathroom luxury.


Position:
Sales Consultant


Location:
County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland (with the option for hybrid working after 12 months)


Responsibilities

Sales and Client Relationship Management:


  • Cultivate new client relationships and nurture existing ones, aligning with Porter's ethos of bespoke design and customer care.
  • Translate client needs into tailored bathroom design solutions, reinforcing the Porter brand as a leader in luxury bathroom fittings.

Design and Project Oversight:


  • Employ a thorough understanding of interior design principles and manufacturing processes to guide clients through the selection and customization process.
  • Manage endtoend project delivery, from initial design concepts through to installation, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Brand Representation and Development:


  • Actively participate in trade shows, events, and presentations to elevate the Porter brand within the industry.
  • Provide insightful feedback from client interactions to support continuous product and service enhancement.

Qualifications

Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field (required).

Experience:


  • 35 years of experience in a role related to highend bathroom, kitchen sales, or interior design.
  • Proven track record of managing projects and building customer relationships.

Skills:


  • Exceptional communication and organisational abilities.
  • Strong appreciation for design and detail, with the capacity to balance aesthetic considerations with practical solutions.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
