To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in shipping or logistics coordination.
Role and ResponsibilitiesAssist and handle the day to day operational matters within the shipping teamMonitor the purchase order schedule(Ex factory) and delaysCoordinate, assist and manage the shipment of good ensuring timely and efficient delivery whilst maintaining compliance with all regulationsArrange, schedule and monitor shipments for domestic and international deliveriesCoordinate with suppliers, forwarders and 3PL Logistic partners to ensure timely dispatch, shipping and delivery of goodsVerify shipping documentation and enter the inbound details in ERPTrack shipments and provide updates to relevant stakeholdersCommunicate with the forwarder and resolve shipping issues and any potential issuesMaintain accurate records for auditThe scope of the role and responsibility may expand or be varied depending on the needs of the company's business to adapt to changing market conditions.
